Users can now evaluate public services

Last update on 16-07-2015
It is being piloted in the Citizen Shops of Orange (Lisbon) and Viseu, automatic assessment of users' satisfaction level with the services provided by public entities.

Users of public services provided in these two Citizen Shops can assess, through a small electronic device, the services provided in these areas and thus contribute to the improvement of care.

This project will be extended in a second phase, all the Agency's face service network for Administrative Modernisation (Citizen Shops and spaces).

In a third phase, this evaluation system will be extended to other public services, and to all service channels, such as the Citizen's Portal and Citizen Line.
