The Citizen Space is a new assisted service model, closer to the populations, which brings together internet services of various public bodies and businesses a single point of physical access, which functions as an extension of Citizen Shops.
In Citizen Spaces are available over 170 services of various agencies. These counters allow address issues related to the driving license, perform services of the Direct Social Security, request a new password or building book before the Tax Authority, make certificate requests, present costs from the ADSE, address issues relating to employment and vocational training, change the address of the citizen card, request the European health insurance card, among others.

This solution aims to increase the quality of public service delivery and completes the successful experience of the Citizen Shops as contact point for citizens with management to aim too, with this project, improve territorial and social cohesion: the network Citizen spaces near public services in sparsely populated areas and in areas with limited Internet access.
