The new Social Security Direct is already up and running. More simple and intuitive, with a new organization of services and with new functionalities for companies.
Citizens and employers now find services organized into six themes: Checking, Family, Employment, Illness, Social Action and Pensions.
Employers also have new features that allow:
- Submit the Monthly Remuneration Statement. The delivery of the Monthly Remuneration Statement is made through a single channel in the Social Security Direct, through the same authentication;
- Request or accept the representation relationship. Where the representatives are given access to different levels of information;
- Consult the workers at the service of the employers and registered in the Social Security. This consultation will allow the verification of situations of non-communication of admission and cessation of activity of workers, among others.
In order to support Employers in the use of these new services in Direct Social Security, several step-by-step guides and several demonstration videos have been developed, which can be consulted in the Social Security Direct, in the "Help" button.
A telephone helpline was also created to provide technical support to employers in the Delivery of Remuneration Statements in Direct Social Security.
