Citizens' Spaces and Citizen's Portal distinguished at the EPSA Awards Ceremony

The Citizen's Spaces Projects and the Citizen's Portal were today distinguished as good practices in the public sector at the award ceremony of the European Public Sector Award (EPSA) and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) awards.
 
The two projects of the Agency for Administrative Modernization, I.P. (Citizen's Spaces and Portal do Cidadão), aim to optimize resources, improve and improve public services, rationalize and congregate means and digital inclusion, through presence - through assisted services - and online, via Portal do Citizen.
 
266 applications were submitted for tender. Of these, only 64 were distinguished as "Best Practices" (nine of which submitted by eight Portuguese organizations).
This ceremony will take place in Maastricht on 17 and 18 November.
