Under the state visit to Portugal carried out this month by the President of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi and respective entourage, were discussed various aspects of cooperation between the two countries. Among which stands out the signing of a protocol in the fields of Administrative Modernization, signed on July 16 by the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Rui Machete, representing Portugal, and the Minister of Industry and Trade, Max Tonela , representative for Mozambique. The signing ceremony took place in Lisbon, in the Prime Minister's Office, after the visit of President Philip Nyusa.
The protocol aims to boost cooperation between the Agency for Administrative Modernisation, IP (AMA) and the Directorate of Support to the Private Sector (DASP) of Mozambique, highlighting the exchange of experiences in the areas of service to citizens and businesses, simplification administrative and e-government.
The signing is the culmination of a growing bilateral relationship in recent years between the two public institutions. In the period following this act of protocol, will be discussed and agreed between the AMA and the DASP a roadmap of cooperation that addresses in detail the actions to be developed under the agreement signed now.
