The Social Security Line has automatic service for information on the amounts and payment dates of the following benefits and social supports:
  • Unemployment;
  • Disease;
  • Parenting;
  • Family Benefits (Prenatal Family Allowance, Family Allowance for Children and Youth, Disability Bonus, Third Person Assistance Allowance);
  • Social Income of Insertion.
Call 300 502 502, choose the "allowances and benefits" option and authenticate yourself with the NISS and the Security Code for Access to Social Security Telephone Assistance.
To obtain this code, which allows authentication before the Social Security Line, you must access Social Security Direct, and follow the following steps:
  1. Select the "Orders" tab;
  2. Then, under "others", click on "security code for access to Social Security telephone assistance".


Automatic attendance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
