The National Commission Data Protection (NCDP) is an independent administrative body with powers of authority that works with the Parliament.

Its general to supervise and monitor the processing of personal data, with strict respect for human rights and the fundamental freedoms and guarantees in the Constitution and the Law.

The DPA is the National Authority for Personal Data Control, working with the data protection supervisory authorities of other States, particularly in the defense and in the exercise of persons resident abroad rights.
