The Citizens' Spaces network, coordinated by the Agency for Administrative Modernization (AMA), is a result of the evolution of the Multiservice Counter (BMS) concept, and is a key part of the Government's strategy for administrative modernization and simplification.The Citizen Space (CE) works as a one-stop-shop that offers various services of various entities, where the citizen also benefits from an assisted digital service, which allows him to know the various options offered by online services.
