The Group CGD has the lines and strategic guidelines:

  • Customer Orientation - Development of a value added culture oriented to Customer;
  • Efficiency - Increase operational efficiency as a means to reduce costs, by reviewing the organizational models, the redefinition of internal processes, taking advantage of synergies, increased productivity of human resources and the integration of the activities of the Group companies;
  • Consolidation as Universal Bank - Strengthening the CGD Group as Universal Bank, consolidating the position held in the traditional business areas and extending the areas the Group's business presence has not exploited or poorly developed;
  • Internationalization - Continuation of the Group's activities of internationalization, considering the market of the Euro as the countryside of the Group operates.
